The Interfaith Scholar Weekend Speaker for 2016 will be Dr. Nikky-Guninder K. Singh, Professor of Religion at Colby College, Waterville, ME. Her interests focus on poetics and feminist issues, and she has published extensively in the field of Sikhism, including The Feminine Principle in the Sikh Vision of the Transcendent (1993).
Interfaith Scholar Weekend will be held April 8-10, 2016. Dr. Singh will speak at the Sikh Gurdwara Friday evening, on Saturday at Temple Beth Israel, and on Sunday at 2 congregations that are not yet determined.
